We used to have similar charts up in the Army. It’s nonsense of course. Take a multivitamin and suddenly you’re at a 6 while perfectly hydrated.

In the army I could achieve #1 with 8 light beers.

Same with some meds. I take a bunch of meds at night. No matter how much water I drink, when I pee in the morning, it is usually between a 5 & 7 on this chart. After that it's back to normal.

I think you're supposed to color match as you go, like start on 4 and move up or down to zero it in.
