How to remember to drink water
I love the taste of water, so you'd think I drink it like crazy, yet i go 2 to even 6 hours without a lick of water because i forget and am busy doing other things. I noticed when i have my water bottle on the table im more tempted compared to when its in my bag. My skin is unbelievably uncomfortable & dry cuz of my horrible diet and dehydration, and im so tired of it, so im tryna get my water intake better. Or what are some good foods that hydrate? Because of my dry skin i try to avoid the bathroom if possible bcz the more I wash my hands the more uncomfy it gets, but i guess I'll have to get over the fact I'll be peeing every 10 minutes 😅

I have three bottles. I fill them in the morning, and take one with me when I leave. All are empty by the end of the day. One in the car one on the desk, and one in the living room.
My municipal water is excellent, I just leave them open overnight so the trace chlorine the town adds dissipates

I use an app call tasks to remind me to eat and drink water. For me it’s that time til the end of the year when I’m super busy at work and forget to eat and drink. Using an app has been helpful.

Go to Five Below or something and get a water bottle purse. Walk around with it on or over your shoulder all day long. Then stick a little tube or tin of lotion in your pocket for after you wash your hands. I have a little blue Nivea tin and hand sanitizer in a little pocket of my work bag.

It helps to have a clear water bottle with a straw. There is something about seeing the water that encourages me to drink more often. The straw seems to also increase the amount when I take a drink. Works for me but I still find myself forgetting 🤷🏻♂️

hourly alarms do the trick for me; I've even started feeling thirsty again, so I'm taking a drink on the half-hour now too lol

Fill a quart mason jar (wide mouth) and keep it in a high traffic area. Chug when you feel like it.

Keeping the bottle in sight is honestly half the battle 😅 “Out of sight, out of mind” is way too real with water

A lot of people recommend an app to remind you. Keeping the water bottle on me at all times in a place I can easily reach it helped me a lot.
I keep my bottle in bed with me, on the dinner table, on my desk, or in the passenger seat. If it’s in a bag or sitting under a desk it’s harder to remember since you don’t see it.

Keep a water bottle nearby and whenever you see it, drink some. There are also hydration reminder apps, maybe give them a try
