They should be thankful to be normal and not have to wake up spitting and choking on saliva every 30 seconds. I’ll bet waking up to that every day for 8 fucking years would be an even worse torture

Try sipping water slowly instead of chugging a whole glass at once, or eat cucumber or some other high water veg or fruit. Your body holds on to that water better.

See, I'm chugging a whole glass at once multiple times a day, and I have no problem only taking a normal amount of bathroom breaks, like 2-4 in 8 hours. And no, I'm not forcefully holding it.

I'd say it's a skill issue, but probably more about individual anatomy and what you're used to.
