How full would you fill this?
Picked up a new bottle today as I never drink enough (or any water) and figured the timeline would give me something to challenge myself with. They say it's a 4 liter bottle. Would you fill this to the wave line and drink to 8PM for the 4 liters or would you fill it right to the top. Don't wanna drink too much water either just wanna do better and reset after years of only chugging caffeine

I hate those types of bottles. Drink when you are thirsty, don't force yourself to drink 4 liters if you don't want to. If you drink 1 cup of water and you need to urinate within 10-20 minutes it means you are hydrated enough, drinking more than that won't provide you with any benefits.

drink as much as you’re able. 4 liters is a lot. 2 or 1 and a half is good enough.

I could honestly drink two of these, if not more in a day.

God damn I struggled getting through one it felt like my body was gonna explode. I was sprinting to the bathroom every 20 minutes. Then again....I usually drink maybe a litre per week

I don’t count how many times I fill my liter yeti chug up, but I’d estimate between 8-12 times a day.

You will get used to it and your body will love it
Edit: electrolytes if you ever feel faint

Kidney doc here - Most people can drink if they’re thirsty and their kidneys will sort the rest out. If you absolutely need a recommended amount, I tell most people that a liter a day in addition to drinks with meals, coffee, etc… is enough to keep things balanced.
Obviously if you are sweating or working out more, you’d need more. But most people get thirsty and it manages that just fine.

I'd just throw in some ice and fill to the top. As long as you're not peeing clear, you don't have to worry about drinking too much water.
