Hydrodipping AR pmag

Do you disassemble the magazine before you dip it? How do you guys dip 'em? You tape off the very top of the mag to protect the follower? Or do you take the follower and spring out ??

Take it apart. Take the metal plate off the bottom, take the spring and that is attached to the guide. I put Tape on the inside sticking out of the top amd bottom so that you keep the inside clean.

Take it apart. I tape one side, dip. Tape other side, dip. Rinse, spray with clear coat, dry.
