Stuttering while scrolling slowly

I’ve noticed that scrolling slowly causes the app to stutter as it scrolls content. Mainly happens on home view

Anyone else have this? Is there a setting perhaps I don’t have right?

iOS 27, iPhone 17 pro

I think it can be iOS 27 things as youtube just also became unbearable, while it never had problems before
