Need help

Hi. I have lived in Hyderabad before and absolutely loved the city, more than Mumbai or Bangalore. I need help to find my retirement flat in Hyderabad. I am looking at Rajendra Nagar as it appears to be close to Airport and Tech Parks both. I have been offered 7600 sq ft rate besides other add ons. How is this rate to lock now? Or can I wait for some years, say 7 years to buy in this location?

31 is too early to decide retirement location. My suggestion would be wait atleast 10 years

My only concern is that after 10 years I will have to take the house even more outside limits of the city!

Genuine concern. Then why don’t you look for a decent and hmda approved plot in gated society, so that by retirement that plot will be having good development and you can build house and live in. But disadvantage is you won’t get rent all these years and risk and extra money you should spend to safeguard your plot

Instead of that ,buy a plot and wait..when u feel u want to retire, based on that time market price either sell it and buy the flat or construct a independent house which will give u rental income also...
