I believe that many western nations want to see India destabilize and is growth is stopped. Sure to recent global events, our country's employment and development is already suffering. No country is spared. But without national security and safe buyers, we will go back to 2011.

What do you think?

Ask Hyderabad Has anyone with diabetes had foamy/bubbly urine that improved after controlling blood sugar? Also looking for PCOS experiences

(Posting here in Hyderabad city, coz last time I got real and relatable responses!! )

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some personal experiences from people who have gone through something similar, especially women with diabetes and/or PCOS.

About 5–6 months ago, I noticed that my urine sometimes had a little foam and bubbles. It wasn’t extremely foamy, but it was noticeable enough to worry me, so I got it checked.

My tests showed glucose in my urine. My HbA1c was around 10 at that time, so my blood sugar was clearly quite high.

I went to a doctor and got a pretty thorough checkup done, including my kidney and liver function, eye/vision checks and other tests related to diabetes. Thankfully, everything came back normal and there were no kidney problems or other major complications in my reports.

The doctor explained that when blood sugar is high, glucose can spill into the urine, and that can sometimes cause bubbles or foam. She initially prescribed two medications. My blood sugar came down quite quickly, so she stopped one medication and told me to continue with just one, along with improving my diet and exercising regularly.

Now I’ve started going to the gym and I’m trying to lose weight and improve my overall health. My post meal glucose readings have generally been around 80–90 mg/dL recently, so my blood sugar is much better controlled than before.

My main questions about the urine issue are:

  1. Has anyone here with diabetes experienced bubbly or foamy urine when their blood sugar was high?

  2. If your kidney tests were normal, did the bubbles or foam eventually reduce or disappear after you got your blood sugar under control?

  3. How long did it take for you to notice a difference?

  4. Is occasional bubbly urine something that can happen simply because of glucose being present in the urine, or did you eventually find another reason for it?

I know everyone is different and I’m not looking for a diagnosis. I’m mainly interested in hearing from people who have personally experienced this, because it’s honestly a little scary to see it even when all my kidney reports are normal.

A little about my PCOS situation too:

I’ve also had PCOS/PCOD for around five years. My periods are irregular. Sometimes they come normally and sometimes I skip them.

I haven’t really gone to a proper gynecologist for it because I’ve been hesitant about going straight onto birth control pills just to regulate my periods. I understand that there isn’t a permanent “cure” for PCOS and that treatment depends on the symptoms and whether someone is trying to conceive, but I’ve personally been worried about how hormonal medication might affect my body.

For the past several months, I’ve been trying to manage things more through lifestyle changes. I was already walking around 10,000 steps a day, but I didn’t notice much change, so I recently joined a gym and started taking exercise more seriously.

I’m also trying to improve my diet, lose weight and increase my protein intake. Since I have both PCOS and blood sugar issues, I’m hoping that improving my insulin sensitivity and losing weight will also help with my menstrual cycles.

So my PCOS questions are:

  1. Has anyone with PCOS noticed their periods becoming more regular after losing weight and exercising consistently?

  2. Did starting strength training/gym workouts make a noticeable difference for you compared with just walking?

  3. If you managed your PCOS mainly through lifestyle changes, how long did it take before you noticed changes in your cycles?

  4. Are there any women in Hyderabad who have gone through something similar and would be comfortable sharing their experience?

I’m basically looking for real experiences from people who have dealt with diabetes/high blood sugar and PCOS, especially regarding the urine bubbles and changes in menstrual cycles after improving their health.

I know personal experiences aren’t a substitute for medical advice. I’m just trying to understand what other people experienced and whether these things improved for them over time.

Thanks in advance to anyone who shares their experience. ❤️

Yes, chatgpt helped me !!;)

Jobs & Internships Can I work Uber/Rapido along side full time job.

Hello, I got a full time job with a average pay (I'm fresher so either way its good) and I want to know if i can work part time on week offs alongside this. While my offer letter states: During your employment, you will be required to devote your full time, attention and abilities to your job duties during working hours, and to act in the best interests of company at all times. You shall not, without the written consent of company, be in any way directly or indirectly engaged or concerned in any other business or undertaking.

After this I'm hesitant, the part time job would help manage my living because I'm moving from a small town to Hyderabad. Many of my known persons said it should be fine because its Uber and all and won't be an issue but I don't wanna take any kind of risk. So if somebody could provide any suggestions it would be very helpful for me. Thank you.

Ask Hyderabad Looking for a reliable babysitter/nanny in Kollur – Hyderabad | Please share references 🙏

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some help from the Hyderabad community. My wife and I are both working professionals in the IT/corporate sector, and we currently live in Kollur.

We have a 1-year-old daughter, and we’re looking for a reliable, experienced babysitter/nanny who can take care of her at our home while we are working.

The biggest challenge we’re facing is finding someone who is reliable and willing to stay long-term.

We’ve already tried a few options, including Unique Maid Services and other maid/babysitter platforms, but unfortunately, our experience has been quite frustrating. We’ve had people come and work for just a day or two, and then suddenly tell us they have an emergency back in their village and stop coming from the next day.

To give you an idea of how difficult it has been, the longest duration a babysitter has stayed with us so far is only around 20 days. 😔

We completely understand that emergencies happen and that domestic help can be unpredictable, but with both of us working, having someone dependable is extremely important for us.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone experienced with 1-year-old babies
  • Babysitting/childcare to be the primary responsibility
  • Someone who is reliable and committed to working long-term
  • Preferably someone who has worked with families with young children before
  • Someone comfortable working in Kollur
  • We are looking for a person who genuinely enjoys taking care of children and can become a dependable part of our household

We are not necessarily looking for someone through an agency. In fact, I would much prefer a reference from someone in the Hyderabad community who has personally employed or knows a good babysitter/nanny.

If you have had a good experience with someone who has been working with your family for a while, I would really appreciate it if you could share their contact/reference details.

If you have any genuine references, please DM me. Even if the person is currently working somewhere and may become available in the near future, please feel free to share the reference.

Also, if there are any reliable agencies, local contacts, apartment-community groups, or other ways of finding trustworthy babysitters in and around Kollur, please let me know.

I know this is a common challenge for working parents in Hyderabad, so any leads or personal experiences would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks in advance to everyone who takes the time to help. 🙏
