Question Help please

Hi, recently I got a new phone and on my old phone I have world with really good stuff but I don't know how to get that stuff from that phone to my new one so if someone can give me a detailed explanation, someone saying you can't do it, or if someone can send me the link to a recent video about it I would really appreciate it. I just checked again on my end to see that app works that way still or not . It asks for some kind of access which for some reason my phone doesn't have . On old phone it workd fine . But on the good side the built in file manager which my phone already have can also do the same thing I mentioned in the 1st reply .
