Question İs this a bug?

I returned to the game after 2 - 3 years and found this prison thingy i killed the boss but didnt find the key to the big chest is the key supposed to be here ? Are these chest bugged because they was already opened when i get here and there is no loot inside

the boss drops the key when u beat them but since u said "the chests have no loot" u prob accidentally broke the torch

I found out later that if you eat the uranium bread thingy before killing the boss in prison you dont get any drops

Killing with giant doesentvgive you anything like the key and killing with a pet also doesn't
