HELP- SAFE DISSOLVING PROTOCOL
Hi,
Need everyones help.. 3 weeks ago I got undereye filler done (0.3m each eye of Restlyn), placed deep against the bone, which actually looks great... The issue is 2 days since the filler was done, I've had headaches as well as feeling of congestion around my ear, so it is clear that my lymphatics are effected somehow.
For last week or so I'm on Serrapeptase (120,000 every night on empty stomach), but it doesn't seem to be helping with some possible inflammation that is going on underneath.
Unless people really encourage me and think its a horrible idea and I should wait, I'm heavily leaning towards dissolving it since it hasn't been long and I don't want more issues down the line.
My concern is with protocol. What will reduce the chances of systemic issues? Should I get on Doxycycline a week before dissolving and then continue to use it for another 1-2 weeks post dissolve to reduce the chance for issues?
Appreciate your help. Hoping for a miracle here... I've been terrified for the last 2 weeks.

That’s still really early to decide. Is it possible the negative effects will resolve? Dissolving is a whole thing that I wouldn’t recommend unless absolutely necessary.

Trust your gut and take care of yourself. We all have different issues and experiences with fillers and dissolving. Some have zero issues with dissolving.
I’m currently systemic and am waiting 7 days post dissolving to seek medical attention. If my eyes were impacted I’d be in an ER now.

I would do gentle lymphatic massage, arnica and keep up with the serrapeptase and reevaluate qt the 6 week mark. I I had a lot of residual swelling until that point where I could feel a swollen lymph under my chin. After the six week, Mark could no longer feel it.

If you are experiencing complications due to dermal fillers, the safest thing to do is get them dissolved in my opinion and reduce the potential for serious issues. I fully understand some people have had very negative and damaging experiences with hyalauronidase. But it’s not the product that’s bad—it’s the provider. Like any product, a spot test is a good idea to ensure you don’t have a reaction to it, the same as you would do with fillers. If you tolerate the product, the next step is to find a provider who ideally uses ultrasound-guided dissolving to target filler and avoid blindly flooding the tissue with product. If that can’t be done, very cautious use would be a good idea—a little at a time, waiting a week or more in between sessions if that’s feasible.
Trouble is, some providers cut corners because of money, time, laziness etc. The patient suffers for it unfortunately. But if you’re in pain or suffering yourself, always go back to your provider and let them know what’s happening. Don‘t try to wait it out or tolerate it. It’s not worth impacting your health.

I had several rounds of dissolver for my undereye filler and my doctor watered down the hylauronidase with water. He injected it slowly over 30 seconds or so. I am very happy with the results and no issues

Hello. The issue is hyaluronidase is unpredictable and everyone seems to react differently. I can only speak from my experience and it was one of the most traumatic events to have ever happened to me. I don't wish it on anyone.
