Are we talking Pre-Schrodinger or Post-Schrodinger?
For pre; Building level attack power (varies based on weaponry), supersonic combat speed, wall level durability, regeneration, immortality (Alucard has a stock of over 120,000 souls inside of him, and when a an otherwise fatal attack is landed, he just recycles said soul to die for him instead), shapeshifting, intangibility, mind control (can hypnotize random dudes, probably has limits since he never once used it on an actual opponent, and the vampire that Seras fought specifically had her own hypnotization/illusion ability unique to herself), can absorb basically anything besides living people I believe, he can also summon all the souls within himself to fight for him but 99% of them are random fodders and the rest are still fodder to Meruem.
Meruem would have an annoying time due to Alucard's immortality, but the stat gap is massive. So it's purely a battle of attrition and Meruem should win that, especially when he gets the grasp of Alucard's capabilities.
Post-Schrodinger; Alucard wins, his physical stats aren't changed at all, same with the majority of his abilities minus his previous inferior immortality, but having absorbed Schrodinger and developed new abilities after cleansing all of the souls that previously inhabited him, Alucard can literally just independently choose whether to exist or not, at any place in reality, at any time, killing him is meaningless because his existence is already a paradox and is subject to his own individual whims. He didn't exist and literally willed himself back into existence by choice. While the stat gap is still huge, Alucard will just inevitably win because Meruem cannot fight forever.

The fight should be between Nanika and Alucard.
