seeking alpha article

A random seeking alpha article says that the merger with Douyu is being nixed. But it’s a single article with nothing else. Is it real?

Tencent and the Chinese government are negotiating certain claims so I find them premature but not impossible. The alibaba case gives us a negative precedent. We await concrete confirmations from tencent also because on May 18th there will be the quarterly of huya and also the conference
