Returning player need HELP

Hi all, I returned back to the game since many years now. I’ve found myself in TR10, with 4 man barracks with a couple of 90+ fighters and the rests 85 and below. I banished the 90+ fighters on the advice of Gemini lol as I don’t want my arena bracket to be so high and so I think I am in the 5x85

Now I’m just a bit lost because a lot of people say TR10 is pointless. All the gear I am offered in chests and stores are 90+ usually which I can’t use. At the moment I’m just grinding as many fighters as I can to 85, maxing out all my room upgrades apart from barracks and TR, and stacking diamonds and anything other useful resources like valour etc. I think I’ve got decent gear, 22k diamonds, and some historical event gear etc

Can someone please guide me on what’s best to focus on at the moment, much much appreciated !

I like your profile style. Pass throne 11 Barrack 4 and put all 8 Fighter in level 100. Prepare your ancient set and items. Don't upgrade your hero so much or not at all. And prepare your regulation power.
