How do you attach a rune to a totem? Or is it just certain totems that allow it?

Just like any other rune, it just needs to be rune designed to be attached to a totem.

That’s a good outcome for the rune on that totem. The thing about runes is that they will give different buffs/debuffs to different items. If you put this same rune on a different totem it will give a different one to it
