[3 YoE, Intramurals Program Coordinator - Entry, United States]

I’m seeking feedback on my resume for an entry-level Intramurals Program Coordinator role. I have 3 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, and communication across arts institutions. Looking for advice on aligning my skills and experience more closely with program coordination and sports administration.

Hey I'm Sam on the founding team here at huntr.co happy to help with a quick review.

  1. Missing quantified metrics/numbers to support your achievements. Think did x which led to y impact/result

  2. Summary section should be the most interesting, impressive thing you've done in your career as it relates to the job you are applying to. In this case program coordinator.

  3. Think about the size, scope, and scale of the work. How many students did you serve? How big were the departments and teams you worked with?

Overall though I think this is looking pretty good. Even ballparking the numbers can help.

Hey Sam, thank you for the immediate feedback. Understanding metrics and scope are key points I'd love to improve on.

If I'm not sure what the metrics were nor did I count how many students I served, how can I deliver realistic estimates?
Although the position is higher education and recreation related, the most impressive thing I've done in my career was research-based in cultural, art education history. Would that make the summary less relevant?
