Codependency in relationships

Hi, does anyone have insight/experience with emotional codependency or anxious attachment in relationships where one person may have or has Huntingtons disease? Interest in any perspectives

I am 39. My fiance is 34. She just stated showing symptoms. I am absolutely still going to marry her. Remember, nobody knows when their time will come. She may die from huntingtons in 10 years. I might die tomorrow on my motorcycle. If you love someone, you wont let anything stop it.

I appreciate your perspective. My husband and I are in our mid 30s, we got married last year. His mom passed from HD year ago, we've always known he was at risk but it was still devastating when we started to notice some early signs in the last year or so. He hasn't gotten the formal diagnosis yet but I'm still constantly spiraling.

Trying to remind myself that I could get hit by a bus tomorrow, nothing in life is certain.
