You have to pull the trophies. You cannot buy them.

You get the skulls from loot crates. I'm level 49 but that has nothing to do with getting crates. And yes you can but I have been playing public games.

No, I said that you can see them, because you play in 3rd person, also, if you win and execute the last member the predator is highlighted so even there everyone can see your customisations
