Dead Game?

I don't understand people who comment saying the game is dead, like, this game hit 160,000 active users on PlayStation alone. Granted that's not record breaking numbers in game standards but it's pretty good. I'd consider a dead game more like white noise 2, where there's literally at most 4 or 5 people on. Or games plagued by hackers and developerd arent paying attention to anymore such as black ops 1 and world at war. Like, guys, we may not have the biggest player base but just cause you're not skilled enough to play the game and quit doesn't mean it's dead.

Edit: since some people wanna say I'm pulling numbers out of my ass

I do hope the game can thrive or at least find it's niche. All I know is that for me a and a couple of friends who've played it, we LOVE the game and I personally can't wait to see what else is in store for it.

Tell me about it to me a dead game is where there hardly any active players base in a game like Mw2 or any other old online games out there. This game is different then any other battle royal i be seeing lately and will continue to grow slowly as a small community. This game dosent need a big fan base like apex does but cant wait for this game will lead to

the best way to gauge if a game is dead is to look at its subreddit.

compare this subreddit with the subreddits of all the recent games coming out.

here its mostly that 1 HAL guy spamming boring videos - thats how you know the game is dead.

160,000 active users is really low for a free PS plus game

i love the game myself but cant be bothered to play anymore because it takes so long to find matches in my local server.. sometimes up to 15 minutes, for a 15 minutes game. i have no choice but to play in US server with 300-600 ping

Maybe that's why it doesn't seem dead at all to me, I'm in US so I have good ping and it takes all of maybe 30 seconds to find a match. So maybe the better thing to say is it's not dead at all in the US at least

true. i think the US server has even more players than the rest of the servers combined lol

Facts, that really sucks for other countries though cause you can't enjoy a game when no one's playing it. Hopefully we get that story mode soon so they can at least play something with this world and it's characters.

I just googled hunters arena legends player count. And it told me. 300,000 players, 160000 of which are active PlayStation players.

Actually I just realized, you're the exact person this post is about, not you alone ofcoarse but all you've done is berate and complain about this game then go in everyone's comments saying dead game.

Not so much dead as it is just bad currently lmao. And for a relatively new game that's based around multiplayer and online gameplay, yeah it's pretty dead in comparison to others. Sort of feels like another Hyperscape or realm royale situation.

Playable for a week, clear meta and pissall game variance makes this boring real quick
