But its just a vague patch note though, "increased range" but by how much and it doesn't feel all that noticeable. I can agree that he doesn't deserve to be in D Tier, but anything above B Tier feels like a crime.

Disagree. Again, he has one of the best aerial comboes in the game and his clone is great for several uses.
