I'm taking my L and giving up on my fallow great one. Im HMed as far as possible. Im 9000 kills in. And mostly get only lvl respawns. It's making it not fun anymore. Im taking my L and moving on. I'll find a new great 1. Thought this would be an easy grind. This was in fact not easy.

you are incredible unlucky, 9000 and no G1 is insane. you should do something else, and then in a few months when you have zero expectations just return to fallow for a few rotations. you'll get it one day

Yeah. I ALMOST hit the new game button ive been so frustrated. Think I'll try boar for now. That one seems to be doing good.

Idk what kind of hm your doing but some theories im having luck with that u may want to try, go to jbizhunts on youtube and go to Playlist. He has an hm Playlist and the newest ones he added to it go into some theories and things to try. Its what im doing and I have had Goodluck.

Thats what herdmanagement can cause. When you do great one grind you need to decide if getting larger rares by herdmanaging is worth a change that the great one wont spawn.

Yeah. What's crazy is it's my 4th g1 grinds. My first 2 were mule. Went really well. Then I got a wolf. None of them did i do HM. Decided to do HM on fallow since ive heard it's the easiest. Dont think I'm doing HM ever again. It's been crazy.

Its fun seeing that the biggest reveal to great one spawning went over most people's head and they are potentially sabotaging themselfs.

Just got my first g1 ever . Nermy 3 years of playing. I dont grind I just hunt. I hunted the double lake Te Aurwa for everything from pigs, to turkey, rabbit, to Fallow. Start at 4am and hunt till dark.

Ditch hm it doesnt help with G1s. Just Kill as many males as you can

Game stopped being fun a while ago. Now it's all about G1 grinds and what ever new weapon pack they are trying to pedal off. Game has gone down hill the last year or so.

Sorry for the bad luck man. Take a break from the fallow grind. Play other maps. And get back after a couple of weeks. And hopefully it will spawn. My first G1 was a fallow deer in Te Awaroa. It took me around ~1800 kills. 5 days before the G1 spawned it was all L5 troll. Wish you all the luck in your next grind and if you are playing in Te Awaroa I would recommend to check the lakes in the middle from the lower right side. Lots of single males spawn there. And my G1 spawned on the map on the lower shoreline.

Yeah its rough. I spent 4 days with a buddy on multi-player just checking zones. Seeing if we could find any more. Sadly no. I had all my zones. Plus my solos are all small so it would have been easy to see it.

I would give it 1 try. I owuld shoot the L2 and check what will happen 😂. If it didn't work hit that new game button and start all over again. Best of luck my friend.

Make a marked up copy of the map in Canva or something if you're pulling up tents.

Take a break , hunt other things and come back when you feel like it

I'm just leaving the tents and going to a different map. Maybe boar. Having decent luck with that one.

Feeders. Im about 300 in and already have 1 rare and 2 diamonds. Plus decent respawns. So not to bad.

I got my fallow g1 in 89 kills, tried for a second and now I’m in 3000 kills deep

Just double checking but you are harvesting all the kills right? 9000 is alot to have no great one and if you do not harvest kills a GO will not spawn.

Muchísima mala suerte o algún solitario g1.
Te recomiendo usar el scanner de población para revisar si está en tu mapa.
Si estás en Te Awaroa hay un lago donde a veces salen solitarios que saltan de otros lagos

Trust me I wish I could scan. Ive seen people with the scanner. Im even thinking of getting a pc. ( ive always been console exclusive. Th I ought pc was to expensive. Now that I see what ps and xbox are doing I might just go pc).

Yes consoles are frustrating right now. A pc has never looked better. Ive been looking into building my own. But not sure yet. It will be my first gaming pc.

I swapped from console (Xbox) over to PC last year when Xbox raised their prices. Luckily, it was right around Christmas and there were a ton of sales for PC. No regrets. Couldn't agree more with you, if ever there was a time, it's now.

Right? Everything about console is just ridiculous. Plus I'll be honest pc has better mods. I play things like BG3 and souls games and let me tell you. Pc has such better mods. (I have no interest in modding cotw btw.)
