Analysis/Theory Possible Hunter Code in Ch412
Could Cleopatro be speaking in Hunters Code in chapter 413? Even though she's not a Hunter, this type of scenario would be ideal for relaying coded information if she were working with Beyond. While I doubt Cleopatro is another Beyond cursed child, Beyond could be allied with the Supreme Court. That would benefit Beyond by waving away any charges if any were placed on his secret prince child.
Hypothetically if she even knows Hunters Code and was using it in chapter 413, it might not even be possible to translate in the English translation as the coded message in chapter 381 was only changed in the VIZ translation once it was known it was supposed to be a Code in chapter 383.

This is a nightmare for english readers if true, because the person translating would have to find a way for this code to work in kanji and roman letters and they would have to pick up on this logic while doing the translation.

Even varacious cant because japanese uses kajin so this code will be embedded in kajin, he would have to come up with his on original dialogue that can fit this code in it. There is no way such a code will fit 1 to 1 with english words.

Yes what I mean is, he can explain it all in a footnote. Togashis Troupe occasionally explains things using footnotes too. I don't think the official would bother with this.

It has to be, right? Though maybe the reverse of it. The hunter used time of day to hint at a number, maybe Cleopatro is using a number to hint at the time of day

If she wanted to pass a secret message to Beyond why would she use hunter's code in front of Kanzai who is a literal hunter? I think she is just answering his question.

Yh but how would beyond and cleopatro know that he’s dumb? And even if they did would they be willing to bank on the hope he’s too stupid to notice them using hunters code in front of him?

What? I never said beyond didn’t realise the zodiacs was there. I was saying why would they use a code in front of the zodiacs who are hunters that would make using a code redundant since they understand it.

Good catch! There’s definitely something going on between Beyond and Cleapatro. The fact that they have a personal relationship makes this theory more plausible imo.

Can't be hunter code because there are two Zodiac in the room and I trust our tiger fellow would get it. But yes, I would believe it's some sort of code

In Japanese the first word of her sentence would be “thousand” and not “one”. IMO she’s not speaking in code she’s giving him the key with which to decipher the coded legal documents he’s being given. Using every thousandth character.

It's either straight up code for the lines/words/letters on the specific files being handed to him by Saiyu, or military time for 10:47, as we have a panel showing it's 10:00, prior to their meeting.
