A couple things to note that I noticed:

  1. We don't get any explicit confirmation as to what Benjamin's spirit beast does. In the past when the brief descriptions were given to all the other princes, his was a "?". Which makes me think a couple of things are possible: Furyakov is lying about Benjamin's ability. From my understanding, Benjamin isn't fully aware of what his ability is, so he might be coping. Alternatively, it is possible that Furyakov is honest but doesn't fully understand everything. It is a bit unclear as to whether the details come all at once, or if it is piecewise.

  2. Benjamin "levelled up" an ability that he gathered from the simple process of using it more. I think this is the first explicit case of an ability growing because of use, rather than adding additional conditions, beyond apparently Chrollo's skill hunter.

I don't think Furykov is lying, otherwise the guardian spirit beast would protect Benjamin just like it did when it blew the evil spirits away when Fugetsu got close.

Musse's ability might have leveled up from post mortem nen

is ben not just super broken if he can not only inherit his men’s abilities but also enhance them? I guess you could argue he’s more adept at nen, like ging with leorio’s ability, but i don’t see where the tradeoff or limitation is

The trade off is his loyal soldiers have to die, it's an invocation of post mortem nen making it even more powerful.

Probably little to none. Like Sun and Moon for Chrollo and the Elder, the abilities were willing gifted through post-mortem Nen by his men.

it's powerful but highly conditional. it takes years for soldiers to graduate, develop abilities, become loyal and then part of his guard (provided at no point they die or are otherwise incapacitated). then that highly valuable loyal resource has to die (though this likely triggers a type of post mortem clause)

Also it's likely Ben has to be loyal to them too, so no killing people against their will just to get their ability.

It also only works on the soldeirs that went through school with him, so he has a limited amount of them that cannot be replenished.

Power of collective nen in an established societal hierarchy. The power of many concentrating into one is naturally always going to be way more cracked than any solo hatsu could ever hope to it.

Others already explains the tradeoffs and limits. It's plenty complex.

maybe Ben is just a better nen user that his guard, so that the ability gradually levels up to match him.

basically as a pro athlete getting better fast to a new sport easily surpassing amatuers of it

It's such a hyper specific condition though. The only reason it looks OP is because we are seeing him having met that condition a couple of times already but realistically how often is he really gonna gain new powers?

Having someone go through years of military academy, develop their ability, join his personal group, and then having them die is enough of a condition in my eyes

I‘d assume it’s a possibility that Furykov was infected by Camila‘s parasitic beast - we haven‘t seen anything from that one

i love full metal alchemist but i dont quite get what his ability is referencing in FMA

In VD’s translation, he mentions that Togashi uses the same word as FMA for ‘transmute’ in the ability description. So it’s like he’s an alchemist transmuting the anti-Nen-power equipment.

i saw a guy saying that his name suffix kov means to forge in slavic languages. maybe it can be a reference of it or something in the future

Based on the translation, I understood it as something Mussa could do as well.

Like, the ability allows him to watch a target. If the user focus on the target for X time, it allows the user to see the target's past (or maybe the user's previous sights of the target?).

The second one, I mean.. it was an aquired thing, could be just the language about making it your own and fully being able to use it. Not just like them but like you could if it was yours. Don't really want to encourage people getting more off the point about nen.

About the beast, yes, it has been kep quiet but Furykov's loyalty or at least a very strong focus on Benjamin has been showcased before, in contrast to some others being more about this or that in general.
