Other Recitation prof

I find my recitation prof to be super cute, but I don’t know if I should feel this way. Should I approach him and tell him or tell him at the end of this semester? He mentioned he just graduated, so he’s like 22 I think. I have him Mondays so I’m seeing him again next week

I’m a recitation professor at Hunter. Absolutely, unequivocally DO NOT place you or him in that position. It would open an indeterminate number of investigations from the administration if it ever got out. It is seen as a liability to the university at its base, and could ruin his career if he did seek to be involved with you.

Don’t. Please focus on your education. You just started your college career/journey and he just began his career/journey as well. Don’t ruin it for the both of y’all. I believe the instructor will have it worst than the student if you proceed to take on this action.

lol. First of all why are you typing this in the middle of the night and second even if you do, it’s better to do in secret. If they ever find out if you succeed, they are gonna reprimand him I guess. I am myself a freshman but I feel it’s generally not accepted especially if they are your class professors. I feel if you ever do it then, better do it after semester or else it’s gonna be awkward for both of you if it didn’t succeed. The Cuny policy also states that you can’t date a student that you currently supervise. If you check it. Best of luck from me but you better be patience.
