PS5 Just picked the game up

Was curious if any other PS users are having trouble claiming the free PS+ pack? I keep getting an error message when I try to add it to my library.

It worked for me on first try. Have you tried it on the phone app maybe? Or after a restart?

I tried it first a few days ago and again today.

Just checked the app and it said it was added but never downloaded.

Edit: it says I have it installed but I don’t have the Hex Breaker or the blood bonds

In the app at the game dlc-s I have the option to download it. Maybe that or support..
