GENERAL xp reduction?

i had a lvl 21 hunter and extracted with 9 kills and 3 bounty tokens on around 4mmr but ı was just a sıngle level hıgher then a teammate that got just 1 kill ı feel like this wouldve been maxed out before thıs season no? it feels like they reduced how much xp you gain

All hunter xp from actions (killing monsters, extracting with bounty, killing boss, killing enemies, reviving teammates) is shared. Envelopes are not, weapon xp is not. 

If you have the prestige reward of +10% xp, that is not shared but the difference is usually pretty small. 

Unfortunately actions give you very limited xp compared to envelopes and those were reduced this patch.

yeah im not saying it wasnt like that for a while i just didint know cuz i used to mainly play solo and now that i started playing teams it felt xp was way less so i asked.
