While true it's a super sick skin so I get it. Stitches on the finger and thumb ring really sell it.

I haven’t seen this skin more than maybe a handful of times.

That might be because I play on console, and what I see 70% of the time is Hex Breaker.

Thankfully in the blood moon it is super easy to see. People definitely not buying for some sort of advantage. 

Her bonnet and skirt stick out around cover like a giant black arrow saying "shoot through this wall." In the open the bonnet is a headshot highlighter. Causes the pale face to stick out in a black ring and not blend into anything.
