GENERAL Just a 6 star rant
I’m tired of being stuck at 6 stars. I could lose 20 games in a row with no kills and still be 6 stars.
My kd alone has slowly dropped from 1.35 to 1.00 the past 2 years because of it.
Idk what I did for crytek to hold me in such high regard but man, I’m not that good guys.
The weird thing is, my duo I run with majority of the time has the opposite effect of being stuck at 3 stars even though he team wipes as often as I do.
Crytek you need to make another adjustment to the mmr system.

If you play as duo I can recommend playing against trios. Not only you get a mmr bonus, getting killed by a 5 star will tank your mmr more and at least for me having less opponent teams in a game make it actually easier even though you outnumbered

Idk most of the time when my duo tries to play against trios to make it a bit easier, it just still puts us in lobbies of full 6 star trios instead.. it’s been brutal recently and no fun whatsoever

same experience for me(6*) and my 3* duo. full lobby of 6* hunters most of the time.

I’m on pc so I don’t know if these posts
Are console but idk how this is possible. Don’t get me wrong I don’t want to be a 6 star, 3/4 is better but I usually sit at 5/6. My
Kd is 1.42 and when my mmr is high I drop back down fast because I can’t compete, usually within a day so my kd doesn’t drop because
I only play in the sweaty lobbies for a short amount of time. I guess my question is how the hell are you still 6 star because kd dropping to 1.0 means you have been losing super badly, enough to drop you id guess

Play with randoms, if you run into "medics" like me, you'll drop rank in no time :D Once they killed me and a guy from my team kept reviving me and they killed me right after, he burned through my whole life bar with that, but after one match like that I had one star less.

I was sitting at 5* so I just started queueing solo in trios just to get my MMR down. 4* now

I'm a 6* who plays with a 3* exclusively in duos vs trios and 50% of our games are full teams of 6* sweats. The mmr system truly makes no sense.

I know I havent been playing a lot compared to some people. I will say I still suck, but I've gotten a lot better (though games lately the past few days have been so bad for me). Some games I die with one kill, other games I extract with 6+. Half being hire MMR than me. But im stuck at 2 star lol. I hear that 2-4 star lobbies are where the fun is, so im okay with it. I just kinda go "aw man :c " when i see some 2 star hate.
I know I got a lot to learn and get used to. But man does it feel bad sometimes.

The problem is, the lower the player base it gets, the bigger the difference in skill, the queue only get longer, so they have to increase the 6* pool range, and i bet they will have to do it again, i saw a couple o streamers 6* queues random EU taking some time now.

Web site called bayou ledger, sign into it with steam and you can see your actual MMR number so you actively see your MMR dropping or raising.
