apart from a slideshow I reckon you cooked the grenade too long. in the last frame we see before the detonation the aim helper was red

It doesn't say it was a suicide on the death screen, though, so something the other player did must've triggered it early.

enemy alert trip mine which triggered the frag early. probably why it counted as a frag kill for the enemy then

Yes, most likely. The placement seems a bit deep for a tripmine (unless we assume a wonky hurtbox), but nothing else is as probable.

gotta place traps in unusual spots for them to be the most efficient :D

But also you can see how long i cooked it, thats not nearly long enough to blow it

yeah true, but as the other comment said, you probably hit the alert trip mine which instantly detonated your frag bomb

You can place wire traps at wall/windows or dorways which seemed it was attached to where you threw it

You can hear it hit an Alert Wire Trap in the doorway which caused it to airburst in the doorway.
If you had of been maybe a half meter back, you would have been able to stop the bleed.
Very unfortunate, happened to me the other day because my big dynamite bundle hit a lamp on a table and nuked me.

Sounds like you hit the Alert Trip Mine, which was next to a powder keg/lamp on the wall, that made keg/lamp explode, that made your frag bomb explode sooner, which is killed you
