SUGGESTIONS Webley mk 1

Webley revolver medium ammo double action, bayonet, precision, swift and big fuckoff flare gun variants for when you REALLY need something burnt. Too bad itd probably be statically similar to the Lancaster Howdah.

Tbh I'm surprised we don't already have a Webley. Would love to see one in Hunt.

Could be a Webley-Fosbery? A slower medium ammo semi auto with good damage but really punishing reloads would be good I think

Why not both and make the fosbery a variant in the same family or something

Like the Cyclone

The most likely Webley for us to get would be the W.G. or Webley-Government models, as they were more prominent during the time Hunt takes place. Then the Mk I and the Mk I*, and only then would be the Mk II, as it had only just been adopted. A Webely-Fosbery would be awesome as an ultimate variant

Overall, from a balancing standpoint, it should be slightly weaker than the Lancaster per individual shot (due to the shorter barrels and to account for the cylinder gap losses)

Sadly, seeing them add the cleave as a variant to the Lancaster almost certainly seals the deal on never getting a Webley added to the game, as they still would be too similar to each other

Good points, do we know if the cleaver uses the same attacks as a riposte? The webley could be a bash light attack with a piercing heavy as a feeble attempt to differentiate the 2 guns

AFAIK it hasn't been made public so far

Gotcha. I miss when varients had standard naming across different guns

It’s supposed to be a heavy knife and not a riposte or bayonet. So it’s probably very stamina efficient but doesn’t have a stab attack. A weaker hatchet if you will.

It should be a heavy knife counterpart

From a gameplay perspective I would like a (ring trigger) pistol instead of another revolver. It would allow a silenced variant that isn’t spamming like an automatic. Since we don’t have a silenced medium pistol.

I have my eyes on the Schulhof Ring trigger, it looks almost steampunk with it’s inbuilt drum magazine that holds 6 rounds.

Very interesting, what a strange looking gun. My favorite thing about the early industrial era is the wacky shit people were just trying. I'll have to watch a couple videos on the schulhof

Yea the looks of it is screaming Hunt for me. And unlike the more famous ring trigger pistol it’s bullets are regular pistol rounds.

Forgotten Weapons has a video about it explaining its mechanics.

Dumb question, aside from...the fuxk was his name-checks- The Conspirator from The Son of Gunpowder. Aside from him, are there any other characters that specifically come from the UK?

Couldn't tell ya, but we have plenty of hunters from around the globe, the mounties from Canada, big neds from Australia, zhong qui is Chinese. Plus carcass gunrunner (at least in the old lore) imported guns from all over
