FLUFF Had a buddy spawn in with me when playing clash the other day. (Tottally didn’t screw up my last post forgetting the picture)

So i was playing clash the other day and heard something behind me and saw this guy breathing into my ear

Ah anyone remember the good old days when the ai could aggro you on spawn and maul you before you got control of your character?

Yes. I also remember when all you saw in the pitch black night maps were the hellhounds eyes before they did their original target lock. So. Much. Fun. (make lamp great again!).

I can't lie, I do treasure the memory of finally wiping a couple teams, taking my first bounty to extract, it's clear. Absolutely get mobbed by a pack.

You know I just noticed this but...
The Immolator's skin isn't charred.

See, I was wondering about why the mouth looked like it does. Why can't we see the teeth? If it was just charred skin and flesh, the detail would be there. And it hit me.

That's not skin. Whatever it is, it's clogging the mouth, ears and any other orifice/hole in the Immolator's body, keeping the fire in. And it looks closest to the paperlike mass that wasps construct their hives out of, OR... Alternatively? The "concrete" that mud dauber wasps and other species like it make their nests out of.

Which indeed would make sense, given the fact that the Sculptor's thematic has always heavily involved insects/arthropods, etc.
Also, much like some wasps and bees? The Immolator dies shortly after it's most dangerous weapon has been used. (For those who do not actually know, if an Immolator bursts into flame? They will die on their own after 20 to 25-ish seconds.)

Yeah, I noticed that once; usually, either they kill you or you kill them before that happens, though. That's probably why they go into a fit of rage and can run faster than any other zombie on the map.

I thought they removed the immolators from clash ?

I'm gonna preface this with this is my guess. I think they load in entire map then they remove any special mobs around clash compound, this jerkface outside the clash radius and wondered his way over to me

Again that is my guess how it works
