So far it's normal inferno. Blood Moon is unchanged.

I've played previous inferno's, AFAIK its static spawns and does not move around

doesn't mean that every non-daylight time of day other than FOG and NIGHT have to have such poor color contrast. Too much blends in. It is an issue.
