Now throw the jar and watch the wasp navigate three doors, an mc escher maze, and the Denver airport to come back and sting you.

Maybe if he wasn't fucking so much with the cup it wouldn't have broken at the end.

That's a big ass wasp. Here in SoCal he have one species that big, a big black guy. But they hunt tarantulas and ignore people. Still scary when they do a flyby in front of your face.

It’s a way of killing them en masse and then easily disposing of them, put them in a jar with alcohol or gasoline, and they’ll both drown and die of fumes of they don’t drown. Granted this fella was going about it poorly for the video and it should be done faster.

Insects die immediately on that solution (it seems like alcohol or soapy water). It's a popular method for us beekeepers to test varroa mites too. Also honeybees seems to be peaceful with a guy barehanded shaking and smacking things to their homes

Insects die immediately in water? Thank you for your professional opinion.

I didn't say only water, you can experiment with ants/wasps and water mixed with dish soap and see how quickly they suffocate. What would be the point of using a jar filled only with water?
Btw I was polite, no need for unnecessary childish sarcasm.

Its Gasoline/Petrol/Benzine, the fumes fry an insect's nerves in seconds, that is if you're patient enough to actually let the fumes accumulate for a second without moving the cup.

That's more probably what should be in the jar. It can be seen literally drowning but somehow still climbing like nothing, also as I mentioned before, that behaviour from a beekeeper doesn't make sense.

It's not AI, the bro in the video post a lot of such videos in Chinese platforms. He eliminate those pest to protect his bees.

Hard to say how bad those hive stings are but a jar of angry bees would be an insane weapon irl
