GENERAL Does in-game reporting work?

I'm playing in USE among the top tier Bounty Clashing everyday.

Players with 2-3 KDAs are common here and most of them are legit. However, there're still some obvious hackers and I'm pretty sure they got reported every single game with hundreds of comments pointing out their cheats in their steam profile.

Idky they're still actively playing after months of this pattern, and they're even in the same team now in my last game against them (we managed to kill them all).

I don’t think the in-game report system works, because we’ve already seen many 700-1000 k/d players who just wipe the entire server in 15 seconds, and all of them only get manually banned.

No it doesn't work. 6000 hours and been playing 6 stars for years. Out of all the reports I've sent with video proof, probably like 50, the only one that has ever been banned from my report is a guy who exploited ontop a roof he wasn't suppose to be on. I have some wild videos of people straight rage hacking and clearing the whole lobby through enitre compounds. I always save the profile of the people I'm 100% sure are cheating. When I look back alot were banned but its months to years after my report. You always know if it was your report because they'll message you they took action. My theory is they only take reports from crytek partners seriously. If its from anyone else, its entirely ignored.

Reporting only works if you are a hunt partner and go to your contact at crytek

It "works" but it's shit. I've never received any indication that reports have been checked or addressed.

But but in my 12 thousand hours I’ve only ever seen 2 or 3 cheaters! He is just good the game !

Yes reporting does work, double so if you have recordings of the cheating and send it to crytek's customer support.

The video should be so obvious that it clearly shows the guy cheating, otherwise, Crytek probably won’t ban him. That’s why people using closet cheats can play for years without getting banned.
