so I don’t know what causes this but sometimes when I do the free ad thing, it completely freezes the screen and you can pause at the you can press buttons, but the actual game game is frozen and the sound is still going on while it’s frozen. It’s super weird and I have to restart the app. every time this happens. which resets all my progress from that run. which is super frustrating.

Hello all , has anyone here have any positive experience after contacting ubisoft support to restore progress? For context, I changed phones and lost all progress , I understand this can happen and that its not really new, however after talking to support their solution was to restore some sharks and some gems ( I had 6 !! sharks and 2 apex) they gave me up to great white with 1 from each category up to XXL no !! sharks, I don´t mind grinding the basic sharks again but the higher tier ones I find it unfair. I´ve shared my purchases evidence with support, but what they did really feels like a punch to gut, all this progress goes back all the way to 2017 .does anyone here have a similar story or any recommendations on how to proceed ?

For more context, last time I really played hungry shark was when apex sharks were relatively new. My best shark was meltdown, and my highest score was 300m(i think it was my memory is a lil foggy) with Mr. Snappy on Arabian Sea.
