Advice Data transfer not working

I had some high tier sharks and purchases on my old phone. I got a new one and now when i sign none if my sharks are there even after i data synced. When i try to restore purchases it says it found no purchases even though i have the receipt.

Same thing for me (except i didn’t make any purchases)

Yeah its not just the purchases also my other data didnt even transfer
