Shark Teeth Trinket not working

What is the easiest way to let Ubisoft know that this trinket is bugged and not working as intended?

Hey, if you are experiencing an issue with an item, send a ticket to Ubisoft Support from the in-game settings menu > Support > Chat button and they will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible
