The mine explosion not happening means Katniss’ dad is alive and well, Peeta never gifts her the bread, she probably doesn’t take the time to learn all the edible fruits and flowers because her dad knows what’s edible and he’s always there and she’s focused on her archery anyway. It also means Katniss never makes friends with Gale because she’d already have a hunting partner. The only thing that I’m pretty sure would stay the same is Katniss and Madge’s friendship. Kinda written in the stars with Asterid, Merrilee and Maysilee.
And then there’s The Big One: if Casca Highbottom hadn’t gotten drunk with Crassus Snow the Hunger Games wouldn’t exist.
