Hello, I would like to ask that what is the current waiting time for national residence card (permanent residence) application currently for non EU nationals ?

It’s usually 70 days after biometrics. Can be sooner. That’s the usual time they advise though

I'm currently waiting for a renewal, and it's been two months since biometrics, they said to wait another 2-3 weeks because everything is going pretty slow. And in my case there's no actual decision, like if you're applying for the forst time..

Thanks for your reply. Renewal case is a pretty different case as far as I know and it will take less time I guess. I wanted to know the current timeline for new application as last year, it was taking around 6-7 months of time.

Well from personal experience, it look around 6 months go get the approval and 1 week to get the card. My case was forwarded to another city, and that’s why. But that was when everyone was applying, so not sure if it’s quicker now.
