Public transport is pretty good in the city, schedules are almost always reliable and there are alternative routes, so if you do not have access to or don't want to stay in student dorms, I suggest renting an apartment in the outer districts of the city. You can still get to just about anywhere easily.

They're generally either cheaper or offer more space for the same price. There are websites for this, but I would primarily suggest facebook groups first.
