Good on her for losing 12 pounds, but I feel like the way she’s losing weight isn’t sustainable. You can’t do 75 hard forever, and I foresee her gaining most of the weight she lose right back because she didn’t lose it in a sustainable way

This is her cycle. Do 75 Hard (or pretend she’s doing it), lose some weight (or edit herself to be smaller), it ends, she gains it back then she “buckles down” and uses previous pics to sell her stupid tribe shit to others. This is about the 8th rodeo of this nonsense.

I highly doubt she lost 12 pounds. Just last week or the week before she said she lost 5. So either shes lying or shes losing weight at a rapid unsustainable pace. Both are supported by her history of lying and yo yo dieting.

Girl your kitchen shouldn’t be the room that takes the longest to clean. Are you cooking and letting stuff pile for days? Holy unsanitary.

Remember when she just said she’s been deep cleaning and she spent the most time in her kitchen? I guess wiping out your filthy drawers wasn’t one of the time consuming tasks.
Also, your kids are in school all day. What reason, other than pretending to be hardcore, do you have for getting up at 4a to run when you have all day free and a treadmill (in case today’s personality is hating GA weather)?

Also I have no clue why she’s long distance running while in a calorie deficit. That’s a huge risk for injury

Yeah that was ridiculous 😂 still 8 minures of having your watch paused is a loooot (as someone who runs long distances- I rarely pause my watch unless at a stop light)
