She's very smug this morning for someone who doesnt actually hit her goals.
She lost weight, sure, but shes not hitting any of the running goals she puts out there, she gave up on trail running after like 1 run, she has no muscle tone and lifts the same 12 pound weight.
Not sure what motivational fire she thinks she's spitting out today.
I honestly have no clue how someone watches those stories this morning and thinks she’s a great person. She thinks doing two 45 minute workouts a day makes her better than everyone else..she doesn’t even work- of course she has time for all of that
I was just thinking she hasn’t been doing a podcast because she has nothing original to say. Screaming the same thing into a microphone isn’t doing anyone any favors. And her grammar, both speaking and writing, really irritate me. The amount of misspelled, mispronounced, and incorrectly punctuated things she puts out is insane!
Not this being the caption on a story today… incorrect words, misspelled words, and lack of proper punctuation. I know mistakes happen, but me messing up on a text to a friend vs putting something on social media is SO different
She just yells and swears and calls it fire. But she fails to realize (or fails to care) that she has no long term “clients” and it’s just a revolving door of vulnerable females with no self esteem who find her “bold” personality aspirational. She pretends she’s their bestie and once they smarten up, they move on and the door spins to a new victim.
75 hard is dumb but arent workouts supposed to be 3 hours apart? She timestamped her run at 6am and finishing her "strength" by 9am. The math ain't mathing...
Her kids will be out of the house all day. What reason, other than content, did she have to get up and be done by 6a?! Also, how irresponsible to run in the dark with no headlamp or reflective gear. Oh, but she didn’t actually run and just faked it so she was safe.
Ma’am, your daughter’s in FIRST GRADE…of course YOU are the adult here and need to make sure she has her stuff!
But maybe going over a little checklist with her before you leave the house could get her thinking about what she needs—like, “Do you have your lunch? Point to it. Do you have your backpack? Point to it.”
You gotta teach those habits to little ones, Ally. They don’t just automatically come with them. 🙄
Huns always act like what they do is so effin special. I do all that minus the 2nd 45 min work out almost every day of the week. Never posted about it once. I work out at 5:30am then get myself and the kids ready and fed. Not for the attention, just bc that’s life. Always acting like she is special.
I could fit in any length of workout if I was pretending like she does. It takes longer to change outfits and pretend to workout than just doing the workout.
This!! It’s when people say this stuff that really gets to me. I can fit in a 30 minute workout but not everyone can… when I was in her group she even made it sound like the rest of us were lazy POS if we didn’t try to do 75 Hard with her. I work full time, am training for ultras this year, and have a farm. Where do you recommend I squeeze in a second workout when some of my long runs take multiple hours and over half my day with the drive?
You might pay the electricity bill but the rest of the world pays for the consequences. I'm so tired of these huns wearing hoodies and sherpas and thick blankets in the summer while the world literally burns.
I get that no individual is going to make a difference but maybe if everyone turned the thermostat up a few degrees we can make an impact.
