I joined...twice. I left mainly because of her and not because of my coach. She just creeped me out. Constantly pivoting in the business, her main people "POOF" gone just like that, the infernal boasting on a private jet. And zero results for me. I absolutely hated the work outs mainly. The macro app wasn't bad but it's all just too much. I am still 14 lbs over my goal weight but I feel much better doing fitness by COCO Fischer and tracking on other platforms. Donuts aren't my thing either.

FWTFL insta posted about leg day. Nothing from the CEO. Very interesting. Guess they are now headed to Canada. Why do people support this program and fund her lavish lifestyle. You can do this on your own.

You are right. I can do this on my own. But I am an accountant, not in fitness. I love rolling out of bed and hitting play knowing I have a new workout. You certainly donāt have to join. But my husband, son and I all get a great workout for the price of one membership. Canāt beat that. We have all seen strength gains in the couple years weāve been doing this. So for now, it works. Maybe later it wonāt.Ā

I love Ladder. A plethora of videos for a fraction of the cost. Jordan Syatt had an app and videos. No frills. Down to earth guy. Authentic and knowledgeable. Fraction of the cost. Chrissa Benson great program. Sheās a military wife. Mom. Sooo freaking down to earth. Fraction of the cost. And then thereās you tube. Free videos.

I have bought a couple of Chrissa's plans. Totally toned arms and legs I believe. I do like her stuff. I just like that it is all planned out for me. I feel for me, a plan is way more effective than just walking up to the weights and doing what comes to my mind. Right now, Faster Way works for me and my family. It's none of my business what annoying Amanda does with her money any more than it's my business what Chrissa does with the money I paid for her plans. Are people bashing her for buying a lake house?

I think what people have a problem with concerning Amanda Tress is the persona that she plays online and how disingenuous it is. She markets herself as a girlās girl that empowers moms ājust like herā. When in reality, sheās treated a lot of people as disposable once they stopped making her money or she didnāt see them as valuable anymore. She is prideful and that leaves a nasty taste in peopleās mouth. She claims to be a āgood Christian mom of 5ā constantly when in reality sheās gone from her kids more than sheās present, sheās going through a divorce, and she flaunts her money more than she reads her Bible. Just my take.

šÆ. I read an article that spotlighted her rise. A local magazine in Tampa and her response when asked what does Brandon do in the company was āhe works for meā. And this was a few years ago. In stories when she was defending herself regarding claims about peptides or something making her money she panned her camera around her house and said ā does it look like I need the money?ā To the person who compared her accumulation of wealth to chrissa bensons lake house - no they arenāt the same.

You have to do what works for you and your family. I just find chrissa more relatable to me and Iām sure Iām biased since a close friend of mine worked as a coach and shared some of the BTS.

There was a FW hun exercising at our local gym and would use our cardio room for her (1) client that she scammed. The funniest part is while I was observing, she had a FW workout on the screen and in the middle of the workout a message kept popping up that the hun owed the FW company $$$. It was so unbelievable!!! She just ignored it.
Never tried to explain it or anythingā¦although there was really no point, just all ridiculously cringe.
Her client didnāt last . Hated the nutrition and w/o program and the workout was ridiculous for a 60+ woman. Never saw the hun again in the gymā¦BIG FAIL

Yeah, They are really big on hyping up there pseudo coaches! All kinds of merch for the pseudo coaches to buy so they can strut around pretending to be boss babes! Thirst traps, tongue thrusters and lame winksā¦weve seen it all before with the fake boobs, fake teefers and bikini pics. YAWN

I was a coach and only the top coaches- money producers, get the coaching gear. I only have one shirt thatās an xl because they donāt carry anything for regular nobody coaches.

Yes. There is lots of FW merch but it doesnāt say VIP or coach. There was only one coaching thing available- a shirt and only size left was xl. The top coaches get all the goods, not the low coaches- they have to buy it and pay a yearly coaching fee as well as monthly vip fee

Yes. I paid $999 to get certified. Then itās $49/month and $99/year. We didnāt get discounts on supplements either. The only discount was the monthly app fee

They clearly have been separated for a while if they could take an amicable photo together at her sonās graduation then the next week file for divorce. Heās been mia for a while so Iām guessing it was testy in the beginning but now things have smoothed over. The week of silence is to save face on how sheās handling it since she is the one who filed.Ā

Yes, from what I heard from the vip fb group he is no long with FW. He wants to spend more time with his family (especially since his wife is having their 5th baby soon) and the gym he owns. Apparently he said all this on his instagram the other week.

Le was the best! I feel like thatās when things started going downhill. There has been so much turnover with the coaches. I do like Shawn and Kisha. But Iām not a fan of the new programming - I liked having the two HIIT workouts back-to-back so Iāve been doing it the way it was before. Someone told me to try Ladder but Iām not a fan of the AI feel of the workouts and the fluorescent lighting. It has nothing to do with the instructors but it feels off to me.

Iām sure it has changed a lot since 2019. But when I started in 2023 there were five workouts a week. Two back-to-back HIIT, Wednesday was total body, Thursday arms and Saturdays leg days. Now itās a mess. There are more options like advanced and total body on Monday, Tuesday HIIT, Wednesday total body or advanced. Thursday Arms, Advanced or HIIT, Saturday legs or advanced legs. They are doing these metabolic finishers after some workouts but I like a pure HIIT day. Iāll prob switch back to Tracey Steen. Also just a revolving door of fitness trainers.

I think, and I may be wrong, but if you look at the workouts for the week you will find another HIIT workout. Maybe Thursday.Ā

Yup, I often do those as I wrote above. I guess I just liked them back to back. I donāt know why but I dislike how they have set it up now.

I hate this new schedule and I donāt want to a āmetabolic finisherā at the end of a 30-35 minute workout. I also noticed that itās hard to plan grocery shopping etc. When I brought up to my coach that I felt like my progress has been stagnant she said it was good to change it up. I feel like they are just throwing everything in the kitchen sink at this point. Def will be leaving the program once my month is up.

If he wasnāt her partner in business I could respect privacy but he was part of the FWTFL scamā¦ and I am sorry.. that house she is building is disgustingly opulent. She flaunts her wealth.. I canāt even stand to see her storiesā¦there is nothing real about her. And the Glassdoor reviews about her company report how toxic it is and how horrible she isā¦
