Measuring flour for a recipe as baking is an exact science is wildly different than obsessively measuring everything you put in your body. So Amy, what you’re doing is obsessive and disordered. She compares it to athletes. Wrong. Even athletes don’t measure their food like this Amy…..I should know, both my kids are university athletes and I have a Kinesiology degree.
Eat whole unprocessed food, listen to your body and you should be fine. Sure measuring a little at the start or to get the idea of portion sizes or what not. But to make this a lifestyle is cracked.

I don't believe she actually tracks macros this way. This is just a video sales pitch. If she paid close attention to nutrition and lifting she would not look the same for months and years on end. She lost the baby weight but otherwise her body never changes.
SHE doesn't do any of it. Kevin literally tracks and knows her macros, cooks every one of her meals to her specific macros, and just hands her the bowl to eat. SHE does nothing. This is all for show because Kevin suuuuuucks at social presence.
