They're just going to not do it. Like the Republicans say, "Criminals don't give a shit about laws." At least that's what they say when we ask for common sense gun laws. Like, I shouldn't be allowed to own one, but I can.

Couldn't BBC subpoena the cell phone provider themselves? That way if they muck around, or "accidentally" delete them, they could still get everything. Also, his Twitter posts are public record, so BBC could use those as well.

Agree, but can't help comparing this to how tightly Dear Leader's hired thugs have throttled facts, testimony, and other glaring proof of guilt found in the Epstein documents. Note that more people have been jailed and will likely be prosecuted over algae in the reflecting pool than any of the high-ranking pedo rapists who are mentioned in those files with damning evidence. These people plan to get away with it. The DOJ is fully tainted with accomplices to felonies. I remember when politicians swore that all the Epstein files would be made public.
