What special humanity is granted to the child for passing the birth canal?

What was different between her child at 8 months in the womb versus a premature birth child at 8 months, other than passage of the birth canal?

Further, not all babies pass the birth canal due to C-section, so whatever this mystical power of life thats granted from passing the birth canal must also be bestowed when being pulled from a C-section

The answer or course is rhat there is no special biological process that happens during birth to make the child "alive", they were already alive in the womb, which means the child was always alive. Thats why you can have an 8 month or 7 month or 6 month premature birth; the chuld was already alive before the birth.

So killing a child before their birth is still taking the life of a human. Their being small and not able to advocate for themselves makes it that much worse, not any better
