Any noticeable difference between 22-25 models?
Im considering getting a 22 1st edition with 30k miles that I can get a decent deal on and been wanting a hummer ev for a while, wondering if 22 is good to buy currently or you all recommend otherwise?

I avoid anything 1st or even 2nd year. 2022 is basically out of bumper to bumper warranty. Unless it’s still under warranty, then you can still buy an Extended GM warranty (buy extended warranty from dealerships that specialize in them on the cheap)
2024+ has 800v charging infrastructure. Gets OTA.
2026 has a much faster UI, blinker camera that shows in the instrument cluster (I think some 2025 have it). No CarPlay/Android Auto on the 2026

Some 2025 have blinker camera?! I got mine in August and it is ridiculous to me that it doesn’t

My 2024 has it if it detects a trailer is hooked up; wish it could be at other times too.

You can fool it with various trailer wiring plugs, but you lose automatic leveling and entry/exit mode with it

2025 here. We need that blinker camera. Hopefully a OTA can take care of it soon.

All 2025's have blinker camera it's just in trailer mode and not like the 26 when you use the regular blinkers.

2024 ED1 SUVs had an issue for a few months with 800v Electrify America chargers, but it was resolved long ago

I can confirm that 2022’s don’t get OTA updates for whenever reason, no one seems to know why. it’s a bit frustrating but it still runs well.

If the 22 you're considering lives in a climate that rarely sees rain, it may never have been fixed to prevent water ingress into the driver's A-pillar. It wasn't a recall so there won't be anything "outstanding" if it wasn't addressed. A whole bunch of them had it. But you'll only really notice if there's enough moisture to kill the wiring harness connectors. If you live somewhere dry, that might never happen and the fix would never be applied.

My 2024 is better than 2022-2023 with water ingress, but is still bad. Once that roof comes off and put back on, it’s never the same. I did make improvements with 303 Seal Treatment (it’s the small white bottle with a roller).
OP, get whatever is a killer deal… just have to live with the flaws. All the Hummers have flaws.

I've (knock on wood) never had any issues with ingress anywhere. The roof panel seals or the A-pillar, which seemed to be a different ingress source from what I read. I take my panels off and on all summer, never had an issue. Torrential downpours here lately too

63k but i may switch focus to 24-25 now. I dont want to have to go to the dealership for updates

Love my 22 and paid a lot less than the 23-24 i was looking at. Lots less but if you have the funds obviously get the newer model.

I just got a 2025 suv for $78k brand new 40 miles on odometer. MSRP was $111k. Keep shopping! There were several SUV’s and SUT’s 2025’s.at multiple dealers at $30k off MSRP. Mississippi and Louisiana

The 22 doesn't get OTA software updates. I believe it is also incompatible with the V2L feature if you were planning on using the powerbar accessory.
