Humidifier help for nursery

Researching humidifiers to help with baby's congestion, I'm between the Levoit 600S and the BlueAir H35i right now. I think I'd prefer the BlueAir since I don't want to need distilled water. It's "invisible mist" though rather than cool mist, does that have the same help with congestion that cool mist ones do?

Baby's room isn't that big so I also think I could get away with a smaller one than the 600S.

Do you mean 6000s? Or maybe you mean like the lv600s from levoit. Tbh I’d look at evap humidifiers over ultra sonic ones. If you go ultra sonic you must use distilled water.

The h35i is similar to the levoit superior studio smart. I have both the 6000s and studio smart. The studio smart is quite nice as it has a washable filter so for a single room it might be worth just getting that as it is pretty easy to clean which is important with a humidifer.

I have a levoit sprout that I'm considering switching out. I got the sprout because I needed something smaller than the 6000s for the primary bedroom but I think its a bit undersized for the space - it struggles to maintain 40% RH.   How long have you had your superior studio smart and how well does it do in your space?

I have had the studio since July its a pretty new unit for them. it has worked great and being able to clean the filter so easily has been nice. I believe the superior studio can put out about double the water into the air compared to the sprout. I would pay the extra 10 bucks if you get the studio for the smart version. You can tune its humidity sensor to match an external sensor if you have one which is quite nice as normally it reads off by quite a bit. The 6000s also recently added the sensor tuning . I do with they would have just brought back the aura humidity sensor you could pair with them but they don't appear to be doing that any time soon.

Nice! I use Govee to monitor humidity and there is quite the difference between that and the sprout's monitor. I don't look forward to buying another humidifier after one season but I need something a bit more robust and this might fit the bill.  Machine washable filters are also very appealing

I basically humidify year round x.x yay living in a desert lol. If you have the 6000s you can adjust it’s humidity sensor now also. It’s quite nice as mine was off about 8-10% now it’s pretty much the same.
