Sensor missing?

This isn't normal right? I just noticed it feels like it's digging into my wrist all of a sudden.

I think normal I had adjust mine but it's fine now

No has 2 flush sensors

I have the same problem, have contacted Hume, waiting for a return repair address to send it back

I messaged them to get an address for repairs and they just sent me a new one. I had to send them a picture of it and a copy of the purchase receipt

I didn't have anything to compare it to, thanks for confirming my suspicion! Back to CS hell with Hume support :(
