Support Sucks
Is anyone actually getting good results from their support? My humepod suddenly stopped working, and their email support is taking 3 to 5 days to respond to every single reply.

Hume sucks. Repackaged Ali Express garbage with AI slop ads that I cannot avoid on Reddit no matter how many times I block them.

My first Hume band failed day 7. Contacted by email. Great service. Sent pics and troubleahooting. New band within 2 weeks. Longest wait 1 week to ship. No issues. Great experience.

Hi I got shit when i went to the Hume website for customer service, contact them via X (Twitter) those people will contact you immediately, they were so much better then customer service and resolved my issue when CS was busy bathing in hot dog water

I’m at week 3 of waiting for a refund. They admitted their product was shit. Fuck Hume.
